FAQ
Questions we get asked
- Do you charge a call-out fee?

- How fast can you come?
- Within the hour for emergencies, day or night. Other jobs are usually booked within two working days.
- Are you Gas Safe registered?
- Yes, all three of us are. Our Gas Safe number is 512345 and you can check it on the Gas Safe Register.
- Do you guarantee your work?
- Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months, and new boilers carry the maker's warranty of up to ten years.
- How do I pay?
- By card, bank transfer or cash when the job is done. For bathrooms and new boilers we take a 20% deposit to order parts.
