- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Starter is free for up to 5 staff at one venue, with no card needed and no time limit.
- Do my staff need to download the app?
- No. The iOS and Android app is free and handy for swaps, but staff can also open their schedule from a text or email link in any browser.
- Can I export hours to payroll?
- Yes. Approved timesheets export in one click as a file that Xero, Sage, BrightPay and most payroll software accept.
- What about contracts and holidays?
- Set each person's contracted hours and Shiftly warns you when the schedule goes over or under. Holiday requests come through the app, and approved leave blocks those days.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you cancel in, and you can export your schedules and timesheets first.
